salam. Hi En. Kevin, I’m 170, weight around 70kgs. female. My goal target is to lose weight to 62kgs. Tried dieting (Which worked less than a week) and exercising. but both of them didnt work. What i did was, jogging for 15-25minutes 5 times a week, and then, basketball training for about 30-40minutes 5 times a week, and badminton for 30 minutes 3 times a week. and still i didnt even shed a pound. and when i did these i tend to eat even more, it’s very unusual. I tried to get rid of this craving but, it’s too difficult. And bad news is it’s getting worse. Food is driving me crazy.. please help me. tell me what shall i do? was this because of this “strenuous exercise”?

1)mandilah ketika rasa lapar mandi mampu menenangkan tubuh anda..
2)hubungi rakan2 yg kaki ‘berbgga ual’ ketika sdg lapar.berbual la di luar rumah sehingga anda tidak lagi memikirkan mknan di dapur
3)minum air putih dengan gelas yg tinggi sebelum mula mkn .cara yg dpt mengatasi rasa lpr yg x menentu.
4)lekatkan gmbr ketika anda kurus agar ia dpt mengingatkan anda betapa cantiknya anda ketika itu.
5)lekatkan gmbr ketika anda gemuk agar dpt mengingatkan anda betapa anda tidak cntik bertubuh bdn begitu.
