bagi saya waktu yang paling sesuai ada waktu di mana faktor-faktor yang menentukan berat badan hampir sama.
Contoh yang tak sesuai: kalau timbang waktu pagi dengan waktu malam kemungkinan besar ada perbezaan kerana pengambilan makanan dan minuman tak konsisten. tambah pula dengan pundi kencing yang tak konsisten juga.
Masa yang timbang yang sesuai bagi saya adalah waktu pagi selepas buang air kecil. Jadi kaalu nak timbang berat badan hari-hari, pastikan ia pada waktu pagi, selepas bangun, sebelum makan sarapan dan selepas buang air kecil dan tambah juga, kalau boleh pada masa yang lebih kurang sama.
