Thank you for your question. Weight loss basically can be 3 things: muscle, water or fat loss.
Since you can’t just lose fat without losing muscles along the way, my eBook How to lose 5kg in 5 Weeks focuses fat and muscle loss. One kg bodymass equals 7,700kcal which is a combination of fat and muscles.
Hence if you want to lose total fat %, I would highly encourage you to check out my weight loss eBook. In that sense, weight loss = fat loss.
