\"Can Exercise ‘Burn Muscle’?\"

Move more and eat less… Simple things such as walking for 15 minutes a day and using stairs instead of elevator can be a good starting habit. Also be sure to drink lots of plain water too!

LikeDislikeFirstly, know your energy requirements. Your energy expenditure(energy going out) should be higher that the energy intake(energy coming in). This energy is your calories from your food that you consume day in day out. Another important key in how to know your energy expenditure is from your basal metabolic rate (BMR). Google this and you can find a quick BMR calculator. But do know that this is just an estimation and not an exact BMR. And from here you can easily guide yourself with proper nutrition and engaging in physical activity is a must as it is one of the way to burn the calories. The key to a proper nutrition is moderation my friend
Hope this will help you to reach your goals.

LikeDislike“Eating healthy” and “eat less” or “exercise more” are all correct but are too general and dont help you answer questions like:
The answers for these will vary for each individual. If you are serious about weight loss, you must first understand your own personal requirements vs lifestyle and implement a unique diet plan that you can sustain over a lifetime.
This is exactly why I wrote my How to lose 5kg in 5 weeks ebook. Do check it out. It gives you detailed step by step instructions to get started.
