Another year another birthday……wow time does fly. Earlier this week I celebrated my 29th birthday…my last bday before I hit the big “three O”…aaaaaah life life life.
When you are kecik, we want to grow up…when you r so called dah besar, we wanna go back in time…life! :)
I didn’t do much this year…..on the 11th, I had a very romantic dinner with my gf at Carlos Pavillion (thanks for the wonderful hospitality). Intan later suprised me at midnight with a baskin robbins ice cream cake (oh so good!)
On my bday itself….my famly and I had lunch at an Italian restaurant (I think its called Nevo) around Changkat Bukit Bintang. Oh my dad and I have the same birthday so my dad invited his friends together with our family to celebrate.

What did I give my dad for this bday? Copies of my upcoming book, “Fitness 24/7″ and “Cergas 24/7″. Hope he likes it.
What did I get? Perfumes, business card holder and the usual….and a Babolat AeroPro Drive tennis racquet (the one Nadal is playing with) from my gf.
Last year in my 20s!
As hard it is to believe…life goes on we gotta look forward. The next year hopefully has a lot of good things in store for me, insyallah.
