kenapa ramai gagal dalam merealisasikan azam mereka?

Azam tahun baru?

Hmm, ramai including most of my friends gunakan tahun baru for some kind of fitness goal…usually it’s “saya nak kurangkan lagi 10kg” atau “this year I wanna be fit” dan macam-macam lagi.

Saya rasa … in terms of motivation or azam, that’s not a problem tetapi kenapa ramai gagal dalam merealisasikan azam mereka?

    mgkin dgn cream yg sy gune bersama dgn senaman akn menyelesaikan masalah sy ni….

    boleh kah en tlg sy senaman mcm mane yg perlu sy buat.serta kan dgn picture skali.
