		<description>Since last week, I dah start bersenam 1/2 hours everyday. I just doing the exercise dekat dalam rumah sahaja. Alhamdulillah, kesan yang i dapat menakjubkan. I will do it constantly, and when I achieve my mission that is 75kg berat I I will share with you all my experience. Bila tengok badan smart menggayakan pakaian dan berasa sihat...happy sangat... happy exercise.</description>

always feel kemurungan...
saya try to make me happy tapi, X boleh...

Saya berumur 33thn.Sebelum berkahwin dan memiliki anak 13 thn yang lalu, berat badan saya cuma 45kg tetapi sekarang saya memiliki berat 83kg dgn ketiggian hanya 5.3 inci shj. Masalah saya adalah memiliki berat badan yang semakin bertambah akibat dari stress di tempat kerja. Saya juga tidak mempunyai cukup masa untuk bersenam kerana waktu kerja yang panjang.Untuk pengetahuan Mr.Kevin, saya juga telah banyak mengambil pelbagai pil diet dan tidak lupa mengamalkan makanan dalam kuantiti yang sedikit, namun ia masih tidak berkesan.  Apakah langkah2 yang patut saya ambil untuk menurunkan berat badan saya disamping itu saya mengharapkan agar Mr. Kevin dapat memberi tunjuk ajar atau tips2 senaman ringkas tetapi berkesan untuk menagani masalan saya ini.</description>

    Why don't you have your workout early in the morning? Assuming that you are living in Lembah Klang area, you can do your workout about an hour or half an hour before Subuh prayer. After your workout, then prayer then you can start getting ready to go for work. Just do a few total body workouts like squats, deadlifts, etc or you can just follow the ones in Kevin's 24/7 Fitness book. That will do just fine.

    I am sure many people will say I am crazy for suggesting this but what can you do about it? You got to work to make a living. But in order to this you got to have a lot discipline. After a while, it will be like a normal routine.</description>
