yesterday nite, i flip over the Shape magazine(May 08) and it say that Asia is a bit taboo to let women excercise during pregnancy.6months preg still can do crunches.. and walk on treadmills for 6km.. Is that possible? 
"Women who always excercise (during pregnancy)tend to lose weight faster than coach potato". Need your help to clarify this statement..

		<description>hi,sebanarnya i ni nak mtk u punya pendapat. i baru bersalin anak ketiga and sekarang tgh berjuang nak menguruskan badan.tinggi i 166cm n berat 75 agaknya.
mungkin sebelum ni saya tak pernah ambik kisah dengar berat ni tp bila skrg my hubby dah banyak komen, so rasa tak sedaplah jugak kan.And my hubby support i untuk kuruskan badanla.skrg ni i banyak amalkan yoga...n kurangkan makan.tp kadang2 tu i rasa lapar, esp bila malam.so i nak mintak cara berkesan, petua, nasihat,  dr u untuk i berusaha bukan saja untuk dapatkan berat badan yg ideal,bahkan utk kesihatan.</description>
