i do regularly workout i workout 5 times a week i do cardio workout first before i enter the gym normally i do fast jogging about 3KM per day.Before this i am fat guy my weight around 90kg now is 70kg my problem is how to get ripped body.My skin was flabby because of i am fat before now i been working out about 2 years only that is my problem.. i do diet as well
