Kalau badan dah banyak lemak, can we skip the "fat" portion in our meal. No rice, reduce bread intake. Makan sayur, buah, dan ayam je. Workout 2-3 jam sehari. Bila rasa lapar, minum air mineral. What say you? Selamat tak?</description>
