Yup, it is Ramadhan time again and most of the enquiries you all have been sending have been about just that but since I write about this every year, following are some quick links to help you out.

I personally dont do too much exercise during this month. I use it as a month to rest myself physically and mentally … but hey, the choice is yours.

    I love that picture, you look adorable!

    I was waiting for this actually. Greatly appreciate it. I’m a long distance runner and I can’t go by a week without at least one long run or hill sprinting. Looks like I have to cut them short during Ramadhan. Kinda disappointed but I guess I don’t really have a choice. I agree with some of the commentary, not exercising at all leaves me feeling sluggish. At the very least, I try to walk. Thanks for the posts!
