		<description>Yes !! rancangan yang banyak memberi info sebagaimana website Kavin :) Kepada yang ingin menonton untuk keali pertama,saksikan di Astro Hallmark Channel 702, Isnin-Jumaat 7ptg.. Ulangan pada hari berikutnya, jam 2 ptg.. Maklumat untuk dikongsi bersama. Apa yang disiarkan sekarang adalah season ke-3.. tahun  2006/ 2007 (tak berapa pasti) Di Amerika skrg dah masuk season ke-7..

Agaknya TV station Malaysia berminat tak utk buat programm cam ni ?? Ermmmm.. Kalau ada.. sure Kavin one of the trainner kan :-)</description>

		<description>sumber inspirasi saya pula adalah rancangan THE BIGGEST LOSSER yang ada kat tv astro tu... sejak itu sy tak toleh kebelakang lagi. sehingga hari ini sy dah kehilangan 15lb (dlm tempoh 5 minggu) hasil usaha diet karbohidrat, buat larian atas treadmill &amp; simple weight training.

skrg sy menjadi sumber inspirasi pada kawan2 dipejabat pula. automatik motivasi akan terus bertambah.</description>
