		<description>senang je nk naik berat badan,dulu saya berat 45kg.tak naik bertahun2,masa tu makan,tapi tak betul cara kot.selalu skip waktu makan,jumlah pun sedikit,skg sarapan nasi lemak,roti ke,lunch nasi,ikan sayur,telur asin,ulam,wajib.jgn skip,dinner nasi gak.goreng,ayam ,ke mesti..he,he supper..pon kerap gak..paksa...4 bulan  berat saya  70 kg..he he.saernok orang panggil chubby.dulu kurus.nk keluar pon segan,beli baju serba tak kena.tapi tak boroi tau.tayar spare tak de..</description>
