		<description>salam semua. saya ada tips untuk naik kan berat badan. seperti yg saudara kevin terangkan, badan memang memerlukan sebab untuk naik/turun. so senaman adalah jawapan yg paling tepat. untuk naikkan berat badan cara tradisional.. 1)mkn 5bji telur separuh masak(4biji putih shj + 1biji termasuk kuning) kuning telur tidak digalakkan byk krana kolestrol tinggi. 2)mkn pisang 4-5biji sehari. lakukan selama 6minggu + senaman gym atau lain2.. </description>
