tapi selalu jugak aku baca, orang suke amalkan crash diet..macam yang kita tahu, once u stop, u&#039;ll gain it back..mungkin berganda2 :D

so, belajar la sayang badan sendiri..

Btw, I normally have breakfast consisting of eitherfried meehoon/brown bread, have fruits and yoghurt for lunch or just soup (with meat and vege) and I eat home cooked food with abit of rice. I also work out about 3 times a week in the mornings before going to work. But Im worried that my intake of carbs/protein is too little? Please advice.. thanks!</description>
