    Nice book! tak sabar nak tunggu :)

    Anyway I wonder if there is any exercise or tips untuk kuruskan certain area of our body. Like me, I normally do aerobik 2-3 times per week..but my face still chubby, tak turun turun….any tips?

    Salam Kevin, cant wait for ur ebook to come out! ….n i second zaza, itll b nice if u can add-in infos on reshaping certain parts… e.g: tummy, hips,thigh, etc etc. Coz a lot of times berat turun, but the body shape is uneven…
