		<description>Good article. I always wanted to do light jogging just before berbuka, but when the time comes, I&#039;d rather sit in front of the TV and wait for the berbuka time.. It&#039;s all in the head.
So what i did was I cycled, say 1/2 hour after buka for 1/2 hour and still got enuff time to go for Tarawikh :-)
Cycling is much more easier to your body compared to jogging. And all it takes is a good bicycle, proper nite cycling attire and wooosh, feel the wind blowing to your hair &amp; body under the starry skies.</description>
