		<description>salam...i&#039;m 19 height 156 and weight 50kg...i wanna to lose my weight a lil more so that i will look more fit..how much kilo should i reduce more..my weight when i was form4 was 60kg and i&#039;m starting diet then and manage to lose 10kg for 3 years..it&#039;s take too much time to lose weight..after that my weight not reduce although i do a lot of exercise..why it happen??and another question is that skipping will make ur upper body look though???coz i do always skipping..hope for ur reply soon..thanks</description>

Previously I was 84kg, I was able to reduce my weight by doing exercises and keep a healthy diet. now my eright is 72kg. My problem now is, I&#039;m too busy with the pack schedule of work and it seem difficult for me to find the right time to do exercise like I use to do. Can u give some advices about it. I also have problem with my thighs, tummy and upper arm. What exercise I should do to burn all the fats there? Thanks. Hope to hear from you ASAP via email. :D</description>
