		<description>hai kevin, saya nak turnkan berat badan sebanyak 5 kilo je dulu...sekarang berat saya 65-66, dgn ketinggian  165 cm....macam mana nak turunkan dgn kaedah yg cepat??? saya puas berdiet, berat turun, tapi dalam 1-2 kilo je, diet lama ckit, lambat lagi nak turun...kenapa ye??? b4 ni saya besar lagi, berat dlm 70 lebih kg mcm tu, diet, minum jus mate 5, memang tutun samapi 56 kg, ni dah naik balik 10 kg....mcm mana nak kuruskan badan tanpa minum apa2 produk???dgn cepat???nak turunkan 5 kilo je...cukup...</description>
