		<description>hi kevin...i just want to share..before this berat badan i 75kg...mmg berat bagi seorang perempuan berumur 26 tahun..start dr Januari..i dah start jogging..tapi for 1st month i mmg xboleh lari sepanjang 3.33km (Taman Metropolitan Kepong)..im just walking, stamina pun xde...then after 1 month, i dah boleh jogging sepanjang taman tu..i pun dah skip nasi..i just makan roti,elakkan makanan berminyak..dalam seminggu i mesti makan i bakar, untuk bagi sumber protein, sebab i everyday i pegi jogging..so skarang dah bulan 7, berat i dah turun 10kg..i still maintain ngan proses i ni untuk turunkan lagi 5kg.. </description>
