I was waiting for this actually. Greatly appreciate it. I&#039;m a long distance runner and I can&#039;t go by a week without at least one long run or hill sprinting. Looks like I have to cut them short during Ramadhan. Kinda disappointed but I guess I don&#039;t really have a choice. I agree with some of the commentary, not exercising at all leaves me feeling sluggish. At the very least, I try to walk. Thanks for the posts!</description>
