		<description>hi im hana,im 17 years old...this year hana akan ambik spm..but i have a big problem, hana skrng nak diet coz berat hana 95kg..hana nie active juga main badminton and ikut sports..skrng hana tak makan nasi dah 1 week..dulu berat hana pernah sampai 106 kg,after that hana diet hana tak ambik nasi selama 3 bulan then berat hana turun ke 94..tp skrng naik lagi..coz baru2 nie time di jakarta hana da makan nasi,konon2 nak try nasi kat indonesia,tp rupa2nye rase same je..lps tu trus mkn nasi...tp hana risau coz hana tak tau diet yang seimbang..lagipun hana takut kalau2 apa yg hana makan tu mempengaruhi otak hana,coz this year is very important to me..hana tak taw apa yg patut dimakan dan tidak...pls help me bro...i need your help..</description>
