    Thanks Cikgu Kevin, memang sebelum ni ada masalah masa push up dan susah nk sampai kiraan 10 sebab tahan sakit lower body.

    Bila cuba alihkan beban ke paha, memang awesome sangat. Boleh buat sampai kiraan 10 dan memang matlamat nak bagi rasa bahagian tangan tu tercapai.
