Ini adalah amalan biasa berbuka puasa saya tak kira kalau di rumah atau di buffet2.
Dari pengalaman sendiri, selalunya “rasa” lapar itu jauh lebih besar dari “keadaan” lapar sebenar. Jangan layan sangat “rasa” lapar dan fokus kepada kesederhanaan yang sememanya menjadi pokok amalan bulan puasa Ramadhan.

Ingat: feeling of kenyang datang selepas 20minit suapan kurma pertama.
