  • saya mempunyai berat badan 90 kg….dalam proses menurunkan berat badan..sehari saya cuba habiskan air sekurang-kurngnya 4 liter..adakah benar 25kg berat seseorang memerlukan air sebnyak 1 liter?adakah saya mmerlukan air lebih dr 4 liter sehari?
