Im was looking for a diet plan that suitable to my body condition. So my fren reco me keto plan. Let me intro abit bout me.

Im 33year old, 70kg , 158cm. Im like to eat rice , chicken, fried food, vege alot ,egg lots, tofu product alot( beancurd skin) , fish(but not all type due to smelly) , i cant take beef but pork ok. Like to drink all type of tea leaf(chinese tea) without sugar or milk. Very less drink cold. Love eat nuts alot but seldom bcoz mahal. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

I having water retention issue on my leg especial calf and pergelangan kaki area. Having stomach bloating issue , eat half of standard portion meal will feel bloated but still hungry. Always got feel diziness. Very easy feel tired. Had joint pain ,when walk got crack sound, went to xray it show the cushion between joint is thin( i nvr fall or acident before). No constipation prob, everyday once or twice. I think i might hav hormone imbalance bcoz every month relative visit not same time๐Ÿ˜ฅ๐Ÿ˜ฅ.

Currently taking some supplement:
Lecthin E , glucosamine , fish oil , milk thistle.

Can advise and explain to wether keto suitable for me? Or any other diet plan? Please advise me…please help..
