Hi Kevin,

After a 1.5years of not jogging, I decided to start jogging again. Should I force myself on the first jog or should I go slow, taking one step at a time?
Well, im determine to keep fit and of course stay slim.

As for my diet, I am keeping a one time rice meal per day,and the other will be like a light snack? Am I doing the right thing?
