assalam kevin. i went to your jom kurus last year. you said that the minimum number of kcal is 50% of DCR. let’s say 50% of my DCR is 1040 kcal (at activity level of 1.375) & i eat around that number every day. my concern is that i’ve been reading sources saying that we shouldn’t eat less than 1200 kcal per day; that eating less than this is not going to do us good good if we want to lose weight. it puts our body in starvation mode & slows down metabolism. i really need your opinion on this.
