Via a nationwide collaboration amongst Malaysian fitness trainers of all races, we have launched an initiative to bring DAILY Live HomeWorkouts via FB and IG ALL day to ALL Malaysians who are currently facing “kawalan pengerakan” where keeping active is more and more challenging and vital to maintain a healthy immune system and mental outlook.
