Granola Bar Ala Kevin Zahri . ? Fakta Nutrisi Serving Size 65g (3-4 squares) Calorie – 294kcal Lemak – 14g (126kcal) Karbohidrat – 34g (136kcal) Protein – 8g (32kcal) Fiber – 4g (16kcal) . ? Ingredients 1 cup Quaker Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Quaker Instant Oats (we used corn flavor) 1/2 cup Raw Honey 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter 1 tea spoon vanilla extract Almonds Flax Seeds Choc Chips….. dan chocolate spread (choc chips boleh tukar kepada dried fruits for a healthier option) . ? Cara- caranya.. Hancurkan kacang Almond Masukkan Quaker Rolled Oats dan Quaker Instant Oats for extra flavor. (We used corn Flavor. Boleh juga cuba the new Quaker Strawberry & blueberry instant oat flavor) Sedikit Chocolate Spread Sprinkle Sedikit Choc Chips Add Flaxseeds Cairkan Butter + Honey + Vanilla extract ke dalam pot, pour it over our mixture dan gaul sampai rata. . Now, Masukkan dalam oven dengan suhu 170 darjah Celsius selama 20min. . Beres yang itu, bawa keluar dan let it cool dan potong into small squares. . VOILA …. dah siap and OMG! soooooooooooooooooooo good! . Snek yang sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin makan yang manis tapi mahu mencari alternatif yang less guilty. chocolate spread (choc chips boleh tukar kepada dried fruits for a healthier option)

Cara- caranya..
Hancurkan kacang Almond
Masukkan Quaker Rolled Oats dan Quaker Instant Oats for extra flavor. (We used corn Flavor. Boleh juga cuba the new Quaker Strawberry & blueberry instant oat flavor)
Sedikit Chocolate Spread
Sprinkle Sedikit Choc Chips
Add Flaxseeds
Cairkan Butter + Honey + Vanilla extract ke dalam pot, pour it over our mixture dan gaul sampai rata.
Now, Masukkan dalam oven dengan suhu 170 darjah Celsius selama 20min.

Beres yang itu, bawa keluar dan let it cool dan potong into small squares.

VOILA …. dah siap and OMG! soooooooooooooooooooo good!
