Kenapa Naik Berat 2-3kg di Hari Raya Walaupun Tak Lah Makan Banyak Pun

Saya sendiri pun naik dalam 2-3kg setelah 1-2 hari raya baru2 ini. Saya alaminya setiap tahun dan tak lah mengejutkan. Yang penting anda perlu faham apa yang berlaku supaya your own “expectations” tu terkawal dan tak lah terus batalkan segala rancangan lawatan rumah terbuka tu.

So especially setelah kurang berat badan di bulan puasa, there is going to be a “little” sugar-air-insulin kickback yang akan menambah berat badan tu sedikit. Ini umpama you move from a low-carbohydrate diet kepada diet yang membenarkan pengambilan gula/carbo etc.

So again: Jangan panik tapi jangan lepas tangan sepanjang bulan syawal pulak. Mari kita enjoooooooy … secara terkawal.
