Saya sendiri HANYA menggunakan kasut running untuk jogging atau larian sahaja. Untuk circuit training, weight training etc saya gunakan kasut training.

What about sport specific shoes? Yes sangat digalakkan. Saya sendiri pun ada kasut badminton, tennis, futsal dll. Setiap sukan perlukan pergerakan, rentak dan support yang tersendiri tapi paling kurang anda perlu memiliki 1x running dan 1x training shoe.
