  • salam kevin..sy ader masalah….berat badan 75kg tinggi 165cm…mslh sy sekarang corak pemakanan yg xbetul….kerana saya kerja shift..ada kerja pagi,petang n malam…..so mcmn nak dapatkan waktu makan,corak pemakanan dan cara untuk menurunkan berat badan saya ni…TQ
