What am I doin now!?

A question a lot of people been asking me lately…..hahahaha…I guess people thought I didn’t have much else to do during AF…its actually busier now but in good ways.

Now is the time for me to ride the “fame-wave”…..lots of opportunities have been popping up (some I created .. some not really but hey…who cares)

What have I been up 2 lately?
– hmmm yeah started another blog
– just wrapped up shooting a Motivation Program for TV2 on Health & Fitness
– been busy preparing material for Health & Fitness based seminars
– taking some time to relax with my other half ;)
– sourcing for sponsorships (clothing, memberships etc)…these things don’t present themselves…you have to hunt them down.
– interviews, shoots etc
– attended the FFM19…. felt quite surreal to be there and that the fans where actually ecstatic to see me…. hahahahaa
– will be on Macam2 Aznil soon…
– other than that work with Maxtrition/P and everything else continues as normal. Never actually stopped anyhow.
– planning to tour MRSM schools for talks to current form 5 students on life, university, career aspiration, entrepeneurship etc.
– planning/preparing to conduct regular seminars. Hopefully they’ll start bfr puasa.

Thats pretty much it. Sounds like a lot? Well it doesn’t all happen at onces so its cool.

  • Kevyou’re back!! With more news and update on yourself, indeed. Well.. it’s good to know that you’re busy with your commitment. But hey, let us know when you will appear on Aznil’s program. It’s good to see how Aznil “kenakan” you. Anyway, I believe that fame has finally opened you more opportunities. Best of luck to you, bro! :)

  • Proton? I am a Proton Scholar. Actually am still serving my time there whilst doing everything else…sometimes its madness but its a committment I need to honor.Muddy: Taking care of your back is vital. Based on your condition, I would consult your doctor before starting any kind of “heavy” physical exercise. Physiotherapy does involve strength training as you wanna strengthen the weak spot (your back). But you need to build it up slowly. In any case: consult your doctor first. Personal Trainers can’t give medical advice..we’re not doctors ;)

  • kev, thanks for the advice bro. visited my doc recently, and he said that my condition has improved because 1) i have rested for a month and 2) because i did some stretches aimed to strengthen the back. whatever it is, i am glad the pain is gone! :) cheers.

  • Anonymous: hoola-hoop? yes n no!Yes: Doing the hoola-hop for 20-30 is a form a cardio/aerobics (provided you are good at it lah)….so that will burn calories…provided you do this consistently over time and obviously it has the same effect as say jogging or other forms of aerobics. No: Although the movement evolves around the hips and may workout your hip joints etc….the only way you going to “mengempis” perut is a combo of consistent exercise (termasuk hoola-hoop) dan pemakanan yang seimbang.

I ain’t no psycho! It’s good to know that ur introducing entrepreneurship to school kids.. throw ur science books, make money… :PWhat books u read? Robert Kiyosaki’s? Whosever ideas u got inspired from, I say… teruskan usaha yg murni tu heheh.. Unfortunately for me, my look won’t get me RM100000 easily for one commercial stint so i have to work many ways to get my first RM100k and proceed with the next plan.Nak kawin ngan Siti dah terlepas peluang… haha!

  • Hi Kev,
Salam Aidilfitri to you and family. I dont know much about you until I recently surf this website. What time you normally sleep at night? You look fresh as ever. Do you still live with your family or you have your own crib?
