Together with the launch of my upcoming book, we will start to conduct health & fitness seminars, "Fitness 24/7 Seminars" in (late) January 2008. here some general info about the seminar(s):

- Location: KL (other locations in Malaysia based on feedback)
- Language: English and Malay
- Admission Fee: RM300 (with book), RM250 (without book, for those yg beli sendiri)

Event: adidas Sports Performance Centre Launch
Through my affiliation and one of adidas malaysia ambassadors, I was at launch of adidas Sports Performance Centre, the largest flagship store in Malaysia, at Pavillion earlier this morning.
We were treated to some very cool performances by ninie yoga, celebrity fitness and also some of Malaysia's football players. Do check out the pictures below and hey, head down to the largest adidas store in Malaysia! Some whooping 5000+ sqft (kalau tak salah I) :)

The official website for Fitness 24/7 & Cergas 24/7 (Malay Edition) has been updated.

Apa dia murai.com.my?
Murai adalah the latest online website for berkaitan dunia hiburan Malaysia from Astro. An entertainment news portal. Seems to be the latest trend or competition among Malaysia's broadcasters.
Apa kena mena with me? Well its Astro's baby so there will always be opportunities to collaborate. Maybe a health blog/space at Murai.com.my or Gua.com.my....maybe even both.....we'll see. Enjoy the pix.
Proton VW Talks are OFF?
Surprise surprise? Yes and no.
Why? Coz we (Proton) has konon-kononnya shown positive signs that has restored khazanah's faith in the company. Posivite signs? Yeah like new "popular model", improved exports, better cash flow....Aiyoooo....typical I tell u. although I always thought the tie-up was just a matter of time...Proton has managed to surprise me yet again.
What if next year if the problem kembali? Talks resume again? hahahah probably just an excuse for some people to vacation in Wolfsburg, Germany. ;)
Proton's biggest problem in my opinion ada dua:
Proton oh Proton..... being a former Proton scholar and have personally worked with you, why oh why can't you see that.....sambung sendiri :)
Talk: “Internet Ventures” for OXCEL
Conducted a talk titled "Internet Ventures" yesterday at Bukit Tinggi. The event was organized by OXCEL Malaysia. The slides were an adaptation from Irfan Khairi's.
The objective of the talk/seminar is to introduce the power of online branding and how any business can leverage off it by moving or starting their business online.
Had a great time meeting all kinds of interesting and talented individuals. Young, old, Malaysian, foreign...you name it. Thanks again to Dr Saiful & Ernest for having me there.

Been so busy this last week working with my team on getting my book's site, fitness247thebook.com, up and running. Its now 90% complete. Still missing is the video and some minor stuff here and there but the book is now ready for pre-bookings :) More on this later.
