  3. hi..kevin saya nak tahu mana download plan pemakanan harian yg terdapat dlm buku 24/7 cergas tu.saya cari tak jumpa.saya dah baca buku dah amalkan cara yg sihat berat badan saya dah mula menurun 2kg dan baju pun dah longgar walaupun saya makan 4 kali sehari dlm masa 2 minggu.

  4. i’ve height bout 5 ft, and 118.8lbs.. i’m studying in oversea and i want to go back to msia this july.. i gain weight since last october.. and i really2 want to lose about 22lbs… please, before i’m going back.. still have 3 months.. can i make it among this period? please… i really need your help kevin, wat should i do?here is my plan:
    breakfast: oat and honey
    lunch:rice(least amount) and steam fish, plain water
    snack: strawberries and green tea
    and for 3 times a week, i go to gyms for aerobic class
    and the rest, i do my own aerobic for about 30 min. so, to say that i exercise daily…
    dOes this plan help?
    i really need to lose about 22lbs in least 3 months…
    and i can’t buy your book.. it is not stored here..:(
