Finally indeed. I am so thrilled to announce that cekodok.com is officially online so feel free to check it out.

Please bear in mind that we will continually add foods to the website….and hey you can add the foods yourself as well!

Cekodok.com is a free Malaysian food calorie database (panduan kalorie makanan dan minuman) brought to you by kevinzahri.com. So if you are looking for calorie content of nasi lemak, teh tarik or ketupat, Cekodok.com will give you a breakdown of the calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

In the near future we will bring you more free diet tools, meal planners and other free assistance.

    Saya dalam program jom kurus. Buat sendiri je. Dah 12 hari. Cara control makan dan exercise. Exercise yang saya pilih ialah naik bukit berjalan kaki dan cycling dengan RB alternate day. Berat badan permulaan 85Kg. Target terdekat 80 kg. Sekarang dah turun 2 kg. Berat badan ideal saya sepatutnya 75kg. Tinggi saya 172cm. Saya amat berharap program jom kurus saya Berjaya.
