10 Simple Tips to Increase Calorie Output

  1. There’s one activity i would like to add and I always do take some time during the weekend to do:
    Playing with Children – Have you ever tried playing with children for just a mer 1/2 hour. They are so full of energy which really can surprise you. Not only it burn calories but as a bonus increase the bond between you and your child. So it’s both physically and mentally 😉
