    Pick an activity that you enjoy doing. It is very simple to realize that we always like to do what we enjoy the most. You can choose from a huge array of activities such as running, swimming, walking, jogging, climbing stairs and dancing. using threadmill in the gym are also beneficial if you are not an outdoor type.

    Keep a daily journal. You would be surprised at how much inspirational motivation you can reap from maintaining a journal. You can have a workout journal and food journal. Use it everyday to set your goals and motivate yourself for success.

    Get yourself a workout buddy. Knowing that if you do not show up, your buddy have to do their workout alone will motivate you to show up for your workout. In addition, having company will make the workout more enjoyable.

    Listen to music while you workout. If you enjoy the music you are listening, you might get more motivated to workout. Choose music that makes you want to move.

    Visualize yourself healthy and thinner (if you want to lose weight). As you workout, imagine your current body slowly transforming into who you want to be. I do this most of the time i work out and keep me motivated to continue to workout.

    Train for a sport. You may choose a marathon. Sign up for it and then commit yourself for training. Definitely you do not want to be last person on the race day, so keep a winner spirit in mind to keep you motivated.

    Incorporate exercise in your social life. Instead of meeting up for breakfast or dinner with friends, asked them if they would like to go for a run instead.

    Get a personal trainer. Not only will they teach you to workout better, but knowing you have paid them will be wasted if you do not show up to your workout session. Personal trainer will also guide and provide you sufficient knowledge that can help to motivate you.

    Reward yourself. It might be shopping or treat yourself with good food. But remember to do it wisely.

    Start each day with an affirmation. Yesterday is gone but today i will start new. I have proved myself successful in the past. I can do great things today.

  1. I've taken Lipo6 as a supplement. As we know, it's different that Herbalife or Jusmate which function only as replacement to reduce daily intake. Lipo6 gives more energy for you to work out for fat burning and building up muscle at the same time. Taking up the pills without working out could rather become a waste of money coz it's for fat burning and the only way is by exercise. Starting from that, I'll be jogging at least for one hour everyday(depends on my schedule sometimes). Somehow there are some moments where I felt physically fatigue. How to deal with it? By mere resting?
