About the app?
The Weight Loss Calculator app is a step by step calculator to help you do the following:
- Calculate your unique BMR (basal metabolic rate)
- Calculate your DCR (daily calorie requirement)
- Set your own personal weight loss goal.
- Set how long you want to take to lose the weight.
- Calculate how many calories you need to lose to achieve it.
- Determine how you want to lose it (either by dieting, exercise or a combination of the two.
- Get a verdict on whether your weight loss is realitic or not.
Regardless on weather you want to lose 1 or 50kg, this tool can be used by both male or female and will guide you step by step to understanding EXACTLY what you need to do in order to accomplish your goal.
