Video – Kevin talks about Obesity in Malaysia (Awani)
With the recent announcement that Malaysia’s obese population has reached the one million mark, I was invited by Astro Awani to talk about obesity, weight management, dieting and ways to combat obesity in Malaysia.
The show was hosted by TV personality and Astro Awani executive producer Suhaimi Sulaiman and also present as guest was Dr Noraini Abdullah from Ampang Putri Specialist Hospital.

how are u kevin? i dah baca buku u n i nak beri pendapat sikit. boleh tak buat buat post mengenai cara unuk memotivasikan diri untuk menurunkan berat badan. dalam buku u maybe ada tulis, tapi secara tidak langsung. boleh tak u berikan penekanan mengenainya. u tulis cara u memotivasikan diri ker? sebab macam saya sekarang nie cara motivasi say tenggelam timbul ler. tak tetap. may be u boleh beri panduan. hope u boleh pertimbangan pendapat i.see u again

really? sapa yang layak kata u bukan pakar motivasi?at least we can share to each other right? sebab tu Allah jadikan manusia untuk berkongsi2 pengalaman se sama insan.tak sabar nak dengar macamana u memotivasikan diri u. setiap oranga ada cara yang berbeza, tapi mana tau cara u mungkin yang universal dan orang lain tak terfikirkannya.siapa tahu…satu lagi saya nak tanya, untuk turunkan berat badan, apa yang patut dilakukan dulu? cardio @ angkat berat? n naper? sebab i dah banyak dengar pendapat yang bercanggah..i’m very sure u are the right person to answer it. hope hear from u soon Kevin. take care..

salam Kevin!.. i think malaysia kene buat reality tv untuk turunkan berat macam kat US tu.. its really give good motivation to others esp malaysian..
salam kevin…this is my 1st time here but certainly not my 1st time trying to get rids of the excess 20kg..anyway just wanted to share some experience when i was in UK. Back then i was not that big but i still joined the Weight Watchers Group (actually my housemate having the problem but since i think i am also having extra 6 kg so why not)…I still remember the motivation and the feelings that i felt after each session..i am sure you have heard about this Weight Watchers Group in UK, right? Can we do or have the same concept applied here in Malaysia? What say you?

Saya nak kongsi cara saya memotivasikan sendiri dalam menurunkan berat badan.
1)Ambil beberapa poster orang yang dalam good body shape(fitness model,Kevin Zahri),ini dapat memotivasikan saya kerana saya nak body mereka.
2)Tengok rancangan seperti The Biggest Looser.Rancangan ini dapat memotivasikan saya kerana peserta-peserta senam kuat supaya dapat menurunkan berat badan mereka.
3)Dengar music rock,metal,hardcore apabila saya memandu ke gym.Ini dapat meningkatkan semangat workout saya.
4)Jangan putus asa kalau tidak ada keputusan dalam seminggu.Ini adalah kerana badan kita memerlukan masa untuk berubah.
