Bagi mereka yang sertai larian @jomkurusrun esok, pastikan anda makan secukupnya sebelum berlari. Now utk 5km atau 10km, perhaps istilah #carboloading tu tak lah perlu sangat as the entire sesson will last probably dalam 45-90min sahaja. Tapi utk esok: 1?? Makan sarapan dalam 5-530am 2?? Simple easy to digest carbs around ur run n semasa run. 3?? Jangan minum banyak sangat sekaligus. 4?? but minum a mouthful along the day but lebih kerap. 5?? recover with quick n simple foods after the run. 6??
