Hai Uncle Kevin…Saye Najwa. I’m age 13 and my weight is 85kg with my height is 170cm… Uncle boleh bgitau x mcmane nk kurangkan berat badan saya.. Saya sekolah dkt asrama so..ptg-ptg saya maen basketball tpi berat tetp x turun dan saya amat risau dengan BMI saya..Saya x cakkp pun dgn mama saya tntg kuruskan badan ini kerana saya malu..sebab my mom always talk about my private to my other relatives..so i just talk to my best friends and my maid..and they are good supporters..another problem is..i love to eat rice…although there is no fish, chicken or vegetables… so pleas reply my comments..and HELP ME!! A.S.A.P

As for me, I keep it simple, I took nutritious (nutrition + delicious = nutritious) meal replacement (Only 179 Cal per meal) for my breakfast & dinner. It’s kind of calorie-controlled diet and don’t be shocked that I still able to enjoy eating my favorite food (healthy food, of course!) during lunch.
