Roti Makanan Seimbang? (Harian Metro)

Saya “terbaca” artikel Harian Metro yang berjudul “Ramai Ganti Nasi Dengan Roti”. This is was an interview with Chef Ismail. Walaupun I don’t want to comment much about why a not-so-slim Chef is giving health tips (You don’t see my giving out recepis…hahahah) as his advice for the most part was actually very bernas! Hahah no offense to Chef who is a very nice guy indeed!

Roti Bukan Makanan Seimbang!

I would just like to correct the misleading statement by Harian Metro that roti bukanlah makanan yang bernutrien seimbang. Why not? Sebab roti, just like rice, is loading with carbohydrates. Just like rice. Walaubagaimanapun kedua2 adalah sumber tenaga yang baik di Malaysia atau mana-mana.

A general carb:protein:fat calorie ratio of approx 55:30:15
