I recently had the pleasure to work with HP on their Wellness Day which was held at their impressive setup in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Our 1/2 day workshop included Health Screening, a fun fitness warmup session, a 2hr interactive exercise workshop and wrapped things up with a 1hr Pilates/Yoga session.
