Naja Alias Terkejut berat turun 11kg selepas 3 bulan workshop Jom Kurus

Berikut adalah email daripada Naja Alias, peserta sessi workshop Jom Kurus bersama Kevin Zahri.

Salam Kevin,

I am writing to update on my progress. I bought the eBook package around June tapi sebabkan kurang ilmu pemahaman nih saya cuma sekadar baca saja. So I joined Jom Kurus on 15 July barulah faham nak kira DCR apa semua tuh. I only started my own meal plan pada puasa Ramadhan. But takdelah nak ikut religiously, tapi basically since I already faham dan tahu what I really need jadi main congak saje apa yang dimakan. Nasik segenggam itu je yang I ikut betul2 and it worked. Asal makan terlebih, dah rasa terlampau kenyang dah.

I never weighed myself since terkejut berat dah sampai 78kg before, terus trauma tengok penimbang kemudian. All this years, I have tried almost everything: minum protein shake la ubat kurus la losyen panas la tapi it never shown any good results but damage to my pockets, yeah 😛 dah la kena pantang makan macam-macam, remeh nak kena prepare the shake jadi lama-kelamaan I just stop sebab dah bosan dgn routines, stress dan berat bukannya kurang tapi bertambah!

Jadi kiranya secara rasmi I ikut diet accordingly as per ebook suggested, which I am happy sebab saya suka makan 😀 I just eat moderately with no exercise (still) cuma buat kerja-kerja rumah saja and tak timbang-timbang pun sampailah one fine day my sister tegur “nampak kecik sikit” and sepupu perempuan pun told me “dah slim lah!”

Last couple of days baru berani nak timbang when I teman my SIL to her regular checkup, jadi penimbang hospital won’t lie I guess 🙂 ok, I pernah timbang once kat rumah my sis tapi dia cakap scaler tuh dah kaput. Feeling je ingat dah lost 5kgs that time. So this time I amik kira berat terakhir yang super scarry tuh at 78kg and after lebih kurang 3 bulan berdiet lebih kurang ikut mealplan my new weight is 69kg! Sgt super terkejut sebab I never thought boleh hilang sebanyak itu in only 3 months! Dah lama sgt I tak tengok my berat below 70kg…

Now I am more excited and determine nak tengok my target nak shed off 20kg, cos I want to look like when I was 55-58kg 🙂 I tak pernah rasa it’s possible before, and thanks for the knowledge u have shared with us Kevin 🙂 kali nih I must include some exercise jugak, morning jog or brisk walk, considering bad weather time petang nowadays. Will update you bila the next 9kg gone!
