Stress Management through Fitness Games with DBKL

Super fun session bersama staf DBKL sempena Hari Inovasi 2019 di Institut Latihan DBKL.

Senaman adalah cara yang terbaik untuk kurangkan tekanan rutin harian atau stress management. Jadi sessi stress management ini bukan lah fokus kepada teori yang agak “membosankan” tapi pada keseronokan atau fun factor dalam bersenam bagi pekerja yang biasanya sibuk dan berdekan stres rutin harian.

Jadi bagi saya, penting sessi corporate wellness saya bersama mereka adalah fun, mencabar dan educational. Terima kasih buat semua yang begitu sporting melayan segala senaman dan fitness games.

Stress Management

The corporate world tends to be serious and structured. Live by itself can be stressful as well. The best way to manage stress is fun, laughter, and exercise. At the end of the day, we can’t live without stress so we have to find ways to channel them in a way that take you “away” from stress. Happiness is the opposite is stress.
