well tak perlu hari-hari …. rule of thumb: kalau you latih suatu otot, biarkan ia berehat selama 48-72jam sebelum melatihnya sekali lagi.

hello calvin…can i jogging 1st bfore workout 4 abs??bcoz i heard we can't jogging or do something hard,otherwise we cant get 6pax…it is true??
I would do abs first than jog. In other words, do weight training first than cardio …
