Mont Kiara Exclusive

Due to my busy schedule and high demand, I can only cater for face to face trainings in Mont Kiara.

Gym or Outdoors

I provide personal training for both gyms, indoors and outdoors. For example, we can train at a condo gym or take and educational run around the area. Fitness needs to practical.

Beginner Friendly

My sessions are always friendly and suitable for experienced and beginners alike. Fitness should be open, fun and inclusive. Everyone is welcome.

Virtual Training

I am also available for 1:1 virtual training where the emphasis would be on monitoring and guiding you through a personal training session.

My personal training sessions are available in-person in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia as well as virtually for anyone around the world.

To schedule a session, please contact me via this website or WhatsApp and briefly introduce yourself and your goals. From there, we can align our time and schedule a training session.

1x single personal training session is typically 60 minutes. However, for the 1st session, it would be 90 minutes to discuss your overall goals, workout needs and various Q&A.

For in-person trainings, they can be held at my gym in Mont Kiara, your gym/condo as well as outdoors in and around Mont Kiara.

Yes, however, if the sessions are catered for children or teens below the age of 15, a legal guardian or caretaker must be present to facilitate the trainings.

As rates and packages have limited availability and change from time to time, please contact me first to discuss your needs.

Yes, based on your needs, we can discuss and offer you multiple online coaching sessions which are bundled as a package.
