hai, bro kevin i nk tnya ni.. skarang i tgh dalam proses diet dh 6 bulan.. saya tak mkn nasi just roti and sayuran jerk.. prubahan tu ada jugak dripada 100kg skrg 90kg… bleh bg tips2 nk diet tk? about pemakanan la…

Firstly, tahniah kerana berjaya mengurangkan berat from 100 to 90. Do note bahawa as you lose weight, ia akan menjadi lebih susah untuk teruskan progress. Kenapa? Kerana apabila berat badan menurun, keperluan kalori pun berkurangan.
Ok dari segi pemakanan untuk weight loss. Here are some panduan
- tetapi makan 5-6 kali sehari
- Pastikan makanan anda seibang tetapi kurangkan pengambilan carbo dan daripada biasa. Protein sama je macam biasa.
- Jangan skip meal (ever!)
- untuk permulaan elakkan minuman berkalori. Stick to water, teh/kopi “kosong” atau minuman “diet”
- elakkan snack malam. If you have to, minum glas susu rendah lemak.
- again, skip meal!
Walaupun anda melalui proses weight loss, kalau bole kita nak elakkan daripada kehilangan banyak otot2, so kalau boleh kekalkan latihan/senaman bebanan.

pergh, i eat like 2 - 3 times a day
coz i dont have time to stuff my face
if you want to lose weight, good for you.
coz the world hate fat and ugly people
its hard but its true
-wish humans go blind and start judging at other people through personality and sonar waves like bats and stuff.

makan 5-6 times a day untuk keep the metabolic rate going sky high
bile metabolisme tinggi, baru senang nak kuruskan badan
kalau takde masa, belilah almond nuts yg dalam packet tu, bawa ke mana2
kan sonang
banana ke…tp jgn la makan makanan mcm nasi lemak, mi goreng 5-6 times a day
and btw, coffee is NOT breakfast, have a proper one
pastu kalau boleh, exercise la hari2, 3o mins tops pun xpe

seri: “apa makanan yg saya perlu makan”….itu semua bergantung kepada citarasa seri, yang penting adalah pilihan makanan itu yang baik.
